Need Help Sleeping
Having trouble sleeping try these out .
Cherries - Contain Melatonin that controls your bodies internal clock which regulates sleep.
Bananas - Contains Magnesium and Potassium which are muscle relaxers. Bananas also contain L-trytophan which is an amino acid that converts to 5-HTP ( relaxing neurotransmitter ) in your brain.
Almonds - Contain magnesium in which helps you sleep and relaxes you muscles.
Non- Caffeine Tea - Green tea for example contains theanine that helps with sleeping.
or instead of eating you could relieve stress
1.) DON'T go to bed mad
2.) write in a journal every night
3.) listen to calming music ( Beethoven , or natural sounds the rain, ocean you can download an app )
4.) Read a book ( Most people find reading relaxing )
5.) The key to sleeping is relaxing and get 8 hours of sleep.
