Should I Eat the Skin ????

                Mango's great tasting fruit but we don't know rather to eat the skin or throw it away? According to the Australian Health and Medical Research Congress at Melbourne, by Ashley Wilkinson and Sarah Roberts- Thomson of Queensland University, presents that many compounds in mango skin can help fight metabolic diseases like some form of cancer as well as diabetes. It can also help lower cholesterol levels stabilize glucose levels and fatty compounds in the blood. So, should you throw away mango peels?? No, eat the mango like an apple or save the peels for later and eat them alone. The skin contains many compounds that help strengthen the body.
