Day 1 !!!! Let Begin 
Exercise for today
5 Crunches 
5 Leg Raises 
10 Sec Plank 

If you can do at least 30 Min's on the treadmill 

And remember to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
Skipping your breakfast wont help you loose weight. And eat light for one mill rather its drinking a smoothie for breakfast and a salad for lunch and eat you dinner early and try not to snack if you have to urge to snack try some nuts or a fruit keep it healthy.
