STRESS AND ANGER RELIEVER

What to You do for stress or anger ??? 
There are many ways to relieve stress... and if you are feeling like suicidal please consult a doctor!!!! 

  1. Listen to Music - Music is a form of relaxation and a way to divert yourself from everything that is going on.
  2. Write in a journal - Rather it's poem, a song, or just a story its a excellent way to express yourself
  3. Exercise - Doing yoga is a wonderful way to relieve stress and to breath and relax
  4. Screaming into a pillow - Just let it go and scream as loud as you can and as long you can
  5. Count to ten - Counting is a great way to make you think about what you do before you do it as well as calm you down.
  6. Removing yourself from that situation - Sometimes you have to walk away in order to find peace.
  7. Talking to someone - A friend , parent, or just a professional is a great way to get stuff on your mind 
There are many other things you can do to relieve stress and anger. Being stressed can kill you or put you in a place where you don't want to be. The one thing you don't want to do is keep all that stress bottled up inside in a folder for later because when you explode it isn't good for anyone.
